What are the file size and image size constraints for icons?

Will there be file size/image size constraints on fullsize images when this is added?

For the moment, no constraints, just need to be a jpg, gif ou png.

There will be a maximum icons size when i get round to this... ^^

The icons will not be large, like 200x200 (px) max.

Im adding screenshots for others things.
